Shipping
　　All orders are shipped FOB Shenzhen ,China unless other terms are mutually agreed upon in writing. Orders are shipped the best way via courier, or freight carrier of our choice unless requested at the time of order.

Inspection, Shortages and Damages
　　All orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt for shortages or damages. Do not accept damaged goods without a damage notation from the carrier. Retain containers and packing material for the carrier's inspection report. Any shortages or damages must be reported to BannerBio within one week of receipt of goods. Then compensate will be discussed after that.


Cancellations and Returns
　　Any order changes, cancellations or returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without a written authorization from BannerBio. Requests for returns must be made within one week of receipt of order. Returns must be in original packaging containers and in saleable condition.

Claims
Any product quality claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
